California State Capitol in Sacramento - Black and white, where I created a dramatic blue sky isolated. The California State Capitol, located in Sacramento, is the seat of the Californian government. The building was designed by Reuben S. Clark, and completed between 1861 and 1874 in neoclassical style. Sacramento is the capital city of the U.S. state of California and the seat and largest city of Sacramento County.
