Candelária Church, or Igreja da Candelária, in Rio de Janeiro – digital painting made from a photo where I made some small edits and I added pen and watercolor painting texture. The Candelária Church, a significant Roman Catholic landmark in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, underwent construction and adornment spanning from 1775 to the late 1800s. Blending Portuguese colonial Baroque architecture on its façade with subsequent Neoclassical and Neo-Renaissance interior elements, it stands as a testament to different architectural styles across centuries.
