Oakland City Hall, in sunset light, digital painting made from a photo by gradientblue (https://www.flickr.com/photos/32917128@N02/14899036657), licensed under CC BY 2.0, where I changed the sky and I added some texture and painting effects. Oakland City Hall is located in the Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, and is the seat of government for the city of Oakland, California. The building was completed in 1914, in the Beaux-Arts style, and resembles a "rectangular wedding cake".
