Description
Pat Neff Hall of the Baylor University in Waco, Texas - digital painting made from a photo where I made some small edits and I added watercolor painting texture. Constructed in 1939 to house the university’s administration, Pat Neff Hall came to serve as a symbol of the university’s legacy and tradition. One of the building’s most distinctive features today is its gold roof which can be seen from various points throughout the city. Baylor is the oldest continuously operating university in Texas and one of the first educational institutions west of the Mississippi River in the United States.
