Plaza Theater in Laredo at sunset - digital painting made from a photo where I made some small edits and I added pen and watercolor texture. The Plaza Theatre is located on the Hidalgo Street, in downtown Laredo, and was built in 1946-1947 in the Art Modern style. It had two seating areas–900 seats in the lower section and 490 seats in the balcony, and was designed as a movie house and originally featured first-run American and Mexican films.
