St. Petersburg city hall - digital painting made from a photo where I made some small edits and I added ink and watercolor painting texture. The Saint Petersburg city hall was built between 1938 – 1939 through one of Roosevelt’s “New Deal” programs. The St. Pete city hall building is a beautiful example of Mediterranean Revival style architecture. Saint Petersburg is a city in Pinellas County, Florida, the second-largest city in the Tampa Bay Area.
