The Oakland California Temple in sunset light, digital painting made from a photo by Ken Lund (https://www.flickr.com/photos/75683070@N00/206300477), licensed under CC BY-SA 2.0, where I changed the sky and I added some texture and painting effects. The Oakland California Temple, is a temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), built in the early 60s. The temple sits on a prominent site in the Oakland hills and has become a local landmark. The temple grounds includes a long cascading waterfall, reflection pool, walled courtyard, fountains, and a roof-terrace garden with flowers, palm trees, and a formal-style man-made river running from one fountain to the other.
