Downtown Fresno, California, seen above Fulton Street, digital painting made from a photo where I added painting texture. Fresno is a city, and the county seat of Fresno County, California. Fulton Street in Downtown Fresno was Fresno's main financial and commercial district before being converted into one of the nation's first pedestrian malls in 1964. In the image can be seen the San Joaquin Light and Power Corporation Building, and in the distance can be seen the Pacific Southwest Building (also known as the Security Bank Building).
