Houston City Hall at sunset – digital painting made from a photo where I made some small edits and I added painting texture. The Houston City Hall building is located on the Bagby Street on the western side of Downtown Houston, and is the headquarters of the City of Houston's municipal government. The building was constructed during 1938 and 1939 in art deco and modernistic styles. The front of the city hall building steps down to a small park, George and Martha Hermann Square, which is dominated by a reflecting pool.
