Description
Ventura City Hall and Father Serra statue - digital painting made from a photo where I made some small edits and I added painting texture. Ventura City Hall, also known as the Ventura County Courthouse, is a historic building in Ventura, California. Built between 1912 – 1913 in neoclassical style, it is located on a hill at the top of California Street, overlooking the city's downtown district with views of the Santa Barbara Channel and Channel Islands. In front of the building is the Father Serra statue, depicting Junípero Serra, the founder of Mission San Buenaventura.
