Christ the Redeemer statue (Cristo Redentor) in Rio de Janeiro - digital painting made from a photo where I made some small edits and I added painting texture with cool colors. The painting portrays the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue in a frontal view, towering majestically against a misty backdrop of Rio de Janeiro. The statue stands serene and grand, adorned in cool shades of green and blue that blend seamlessly with the surrounding fog. In the distance, the cityscape of Rio emerges faintly through the mist, a serene and dreamlike panorama shrouded in ethereal hues of green and blue, evoking a sense of mystery and tranquility. Christ The Redeemer, an Art Deco statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was created by French sculptor Paul Landowski and built by Brazilian engineer Heitor da Silva Costa. Constructed from 1922 to 1931, it stands 30 meters tall, made of reinforced concrete and soapstone.
